- If you are unsatisfied with your FREE THROW TRAINER™ for any reason you can return it for a complete 100% refund as long as you send the FREE THROW TRAINER™ back to us with your name and contact information, along with an explanation about your dissatisfaction. We want to learn from you, and hope you will help us. We keep records of purchases, and we would be glad to refund 100% of your money. One more thing - please return your FREE THROW TRAINER™ within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a complete refund. Beyond that, it get's harder to help you with a return.
